Bill Leap

Vice President of Security Services, Titan Security Services

Bill Leap joined Titan in November of 2008 and plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality of  Titan’s Security Services. With more than 30 years of leadership experience in the security industry, Bill is responsible for the oversight and compliance of Titan’s security staffing services. In this role, Bill is primarily responsible for reviewing and authoring post order manuals for Titan’s security services locations. Additionally, Bill conducts safety and site surveys of Titan’s security services locations and participates in Titan’s consulting engagements.

Previously, Bill worked for a large multi-national security provider, where he was the General Manager for both the Chicago and St. Louis offices. In 2005, Bill was recognized for his role as a security professional, responding to assist in providing emergency operation management services in the New Orleans area. He also served the military intelligence sector for the US Army with the 5th Special Forces Group and 66th MI Group. Bill is a member of the BOMA/Chicago Preparedness Committee, as well as a member of the Private Security Officer Selection and Training Standard Committee, and is a Certified Protection Professional (CPP). He earned his degree at Illinois Institute of Technology, and holds an Illinois Private Security Contractor License, as well as a Private Detective License.
