Ideal candidates will have open availability or have two shift availability. (including weekends and holidays). These are permanent, full-time/part-time (24-40 hours/week) openings.

Unarmed Security Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to all individuals encountered, including assisting with directions and answering general inquiries.

• Ensure smooth access for patrons, visitors, and vendors as needed.

• Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to prevent theft and maintain a welcoming environment.

• Maintain accurate logs concerning individuals, property, and packages.

• Respond promptly to incidents, including emergencies, and document them thoroughly for building and Titan Security management.

• Fulfill any additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications of Security Officers:
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Able to acquire and maintain a valid Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC), including state-accredited training requirements.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which include standing and foot patrols(up to 5 mi per shift), walking up and down stairs, and perimeter patrols in inclement weather; responsibilities can include lifting 50+ lbs
