Anticipated Demonstrations and Events
- Wednesday, September 7 at 7:30am: N Broadway/N Halsted to W Washington/N Halsted, Group will gather/ride for their cause “Chicago Bike Grid Now Halsted Bike Run”
- Saturday, September 10 at 7:30pm: Various West Side and Loop locations, Group will gather/caravan for their cause “Mexican Independence Cruise” *
- Monday, September 12 at 11:30am: 100 W Erie (Chinese Consulate), Group will gather for their cause “Protest China’s Genocide of Uyghurs”
- Monday, September 12 at 4:15pm: 400 N Michigan to 205 E Randolph (Pritzker Pavilion), Group will gather/march for their event “AIA Designight 2022”
- Tuesday September 13 at 11:00am: 50 West Washington (Daley Plaza), Group will gather for their cause “Local 700 Rally for Support of Cook County Circuit Court Clerks”
- Wednesday, September 14 at 8:30am: 567 West Lake (CTA HQ), Group will gather for their cause “The I’m Late Protest” **
- Thursday, September 15 at 4:00pm: 50 W Washington (Daley Plaza), Group will gather for their event “El Grito de Independencia (Independence Day)”
- Friday, September 16 to Sunday, September 18 during evening hours: Various West Side and Loop locations, Group will gather/caravan for their cause “Mexican Independence Cruise” *
- Saturday, September 17 at 2:00pm, 122 S Michigan (Philippine Consulate) Group will gather for their cause “Prayer Rally: 50th Anniversary of Martial Law in the Philippines.”

Safety Tips Near/During Protests
- If you see something suspicious, report it
- Carry water and stay hydrated
- Choose a landmark to meet at in case you are separated from your group
- Utilize the buddy system
- Remain alert and be observant of surroundings
- Leave any valuables at home
- Do not jump any barricades
- Secure handbags and wallets
- Stay calm and pleasant
- Follow your own instincts
- Leave yourself room to move quickly
