Ross McCarthy

Ross McCarthy joined Titan as Head of HR in 2021 and is responsible for the oversight and activities of the HR department, including recruiting and onboarding, training and development, engagement and retention, and employee and labor relations. Ross also works to maintain and build upon Titan’s strong culture and to make Titan an even better place to work.

Prior to Titan, Ross was VP of HR at The Parking Spot, the nation’s leading off-airport parking company with 38 locations in 16 states. During his tenure, The Parking Spot grew significantly, both organically and through acquisition and greenfield projects in new markets, while increasing its Net Promoter Score (NPS) to industry-leading levels and reducing employee turnover significantly below the industry. Previously, Ross was Global HR Director of two business units of IDEX Corporation, a $2B publicly traded operating company with over 40 business units globally. He also has held a variety of HR leadership roles at Sears Holdings Corporation, including in retail, supply chain, and corporate functions, was a consultant with Mercer, a large HR and management consulting firm, and started his career at Sloan Valve Company, a global manufacturer of plumbing products.

Ross holds a BS in Business Administration from St. Norbert College.
