Chicago Demonstration and Event Activity: June 1 to June 15, 2024

In coordination with our valued cross-sector partners in public safety, Titan Security is monitoring the following activity in and near the Chicago Loop.

Anticipated Special Events and Protests

  • Sunday, June 2 at 10:00am: 201 E Randolph (Millennium Park), Group will gather for their event “House Music Festival”
  • Thursday, June 6 at 10:00am: 219 S Dearborn (Dirksen Federal Building), Group will gather for their cause “City of Chicago: Permit a March on the DNC”
  • Friday June 7 to Sunday June 9: 201 E Randolph (Millennium Park), Group will gather for their event “Chicago BluesFest”
  • Friday, June 7 at 1:00pm: 455 N Cityfront (Indian Consulate), Group will gather for their cause “Commemorating the 40th Anniversary of the Indian Army’s Attack on Akal Takhat Sahib”
  • Saturday, June 8 at 11:00am: 150 E Wacker (Hyatt Regency), Group will gather for their cause “Community Call to Action! (AMA Protest)”
  • Saturday, June 8 at 1:00pm: 301 S Columbus (Buckingham Fountain), Group will gather for their cause “”Genocide War Criminal Netanyahu Not Welcome to U.S. Congress”
  • Sunday, June 9 at 10:00am: 201 E Randolph (Millennium Park), Group will gather for their cause “Support the Argentinian National Soccer Team”
  • Sunday, June 9 at 6:00pm: 1410 Special Olympics (Soldier Field), Group will gather for their event “Argentina vs Ecuador (Men’s National Soccer/Football)” *
  • Tuesday, June 11 at 4:30pm: 301 E North Water (Sheraton Hotel), Group will gather for their cause “Stop War Profiteering, Exit Russia Now”
  • Wednesday, June 12 at 4:30pm: 100 N Riverside (Boeing Building), Group may gather for their cause “Escalate for Rafah”
  • Wednesday, June 12 at 6:00pm: 122 S Michigan (Philippine Consulate), Group will gather for their cause “Independence/Hindipendence Day Rally 2024”
  • Wednesday, June 15 at 7:00pm: 1410 Special Olympics (Soldier Field), Group will gather for their event “Kenny Chesney/Zac Brown Concert”
  • Ongoing: short-notice protests related to the conflict in Gaza are anticipated to continue, including localized traffic and transit disruptions

Event/Protest Best Practices

  • If you see something suspicious, report it
  • Carry water and stay hydrated
  • Choose a landmark to meet at in case you are separated from your group
  • Utilize the buddy system
  • Remain alert and be observant of surroundings

  • Stay calm and pleasant
  • Follow your own instincts
  • Leave yourself room to move quickly
